We offer a four-year doctoral education and research program established on top of the six-year pharmaceutical education system, with the main objective of training pharmacists and university faculty members with solid research and teaching skills who can act as leaders in the clinical field. There are two courses: the Clinical Pharmacy Course, which aims to train pharmacists, and the Pharmacy Course, which aims to train university faculty members.

Message from the Dean

Graduate School Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences aims to cultivate problem-solving skills and a research mindset in order to meet the social needs for pharmacists, which are becoming more diverse and sophisticated as medical advances progress, and to train pharmacists who also have the skills of scientists, as well as pharmaceutical educators and researchers with excellent research and leadership abilities.
This graduate school is a four-year doctoral program built on the six-year undergraduate Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences education. It consists of two courses: the Clinical Pharmacy Course, which aims to train highly specialized pharmacists who have practical skills in the medical field as well as scientific thinking and research abilities, and the Pharmaceutical Sciences Course, which aims to develop human resources with excellent research and leadership abilities that will contribute to the development of pharmacy and will be active in university education, government, pharmaceutical companies, etc. Both courses are affiliated with laboratories within the Faculty of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and share the same process of conducting special research on pharmaceutical topics under the guidance of faculty members.
Through these research activities, students will develop problem-finding and problem-solving skills and a research mindset, and will improve their research abilities while acquiring a wide range of advanced specialized knowledge and skills. At the same time, students will develop high ethical standards and a rich humanity as medical professionals, as well as leadership skills based on research activities, and will contribute to people's health and medical care, and will develop diverse human resources who will be active in society at large.
